I have a problem
I was under the impression he could be recruited to your party. I did his quests when I was level 5. I'm now level 10, he just hangs out in the chantry. Does he join your party later or did I screw something up at some point?

ok phew I am happy I didnt screw it up. I plan on doing the expedition last as it appears a once you do it other quests become unavailable.
