What do I need to do to cause the delivery chest to appeat in my home?

If you are talking about the "Special Deliviery" in your Hawke's Estate. You will need the "Signature Edition" DLC

I have the SE and have downloaded all the DLC, etc. etc. Hmmmm, you said "Hawke's Estate" I am looking in Uncle Gamlen's house where the "storage" chest is. I guess this is an Oooops.
Where is Hawke's Estate??

In the house it's in the other room, not the main room.

It's in the room off to the right of the main room.

OK, I got it to appear when I clicked on one of the SE quests
