 Hey guys I've just started DA 2 not long ago, Im level 10 and about to help out Martin within the Hanged Man Tavern.

I regret mainly being an elemental mage and would prefer to delve deeper into Blood magic as well as mix my stats around a lot more, would anyone be able to help me out in how I respec, and where I should go for this to happen please?

The respec potion is sold in the Black Emporium (a DLC). I can say that much atleast.
