i know i've gotten 1 from the black market emporium and 1 from the dalish
i can't remember if i got anymore.

is there a list where i can get all the locations of them?

To add to the original question, does anyone know if such items are lost forever if you don't buy them before a time jump? Presumably stores will restock their inventories, and I'm wondering if the new inventory will replace the old completely, or if it will be added on top of it.

i can confirm that they're still there from act 1 to act 2. i don't know after that.
atleast the dalish shop and the black emporium were that way

I'm tempted to buy some of these, but I am still in Act 1 and they are expensive. At the risk of spoilers, can anyone tell me what happens if you run out of quests and don't have the 50 sovereign to continue?

there's a quest to get a loan from another dwarf to pay for the trip.

when you get back from the deep roads, you should have quite a bit of money.
i had over 100 sovereign's when i returned from the deep roads.
im down to 30 now though
