I'm having trouble getting my pre-order stuff because my email address for bioware/ea is different from my psn one. I've been tried looking up the answer, help chat (EA), and emailing a question and still have not gotten this resolved. I've noted other people having the same trouble, but I don't see bioware addressing or fixing the trouble, and quite frankly, I'm pissed. How was I supposed to know that it would be an issue? It wasn't with Dragon Age Origins or any other game. And, I can't seem to get a resolution. Bioware, where the heck are you? And, so much for the "you'll get an answer in 24 hours" two days later.
BIOWARE HAS TO KNOW ABOUT THE DIFF EMAIL ISSUE??

EA customer support has to transfer your key between accounts. We cannot do that. Please visit http://support.ea.com and let them know you need to amalgamate two of your accounts.

I did contact them. They haven't fixed it yet. Thank you for the reply though.
