I have an xbox 360 and had a code for the sir isaac armour,
i followed the instructions,
created an account on here,
enetered my code,
and it said code was succesful (or something along those lines)

but i still cannot get access to the content on my xbox!
what's happening??

Just had the same problem, did the rest of your Bonus content appear?

the rest appeared on mine such as the sword, the book and the shield but wheres the amour?!

Same thing here. Didn't see it lit up in the unlockables either.

Been online live chat with EA tech support, even they couldn't fix this "bug", they even tried giving me a new redeem code to see if it would appear then but it doesn't. Senior staff are going to try to get back to me with a solution when they can but christ knows if it CAN be fixed without maybe a patched update for the 360 perhaps??? in general this "PC" redeem code feature seems an incredibly stupid idea, why they couldn't just make it a redeem code for the xbox like everything else leaves me speechless, i'll certainly think twice before purchasing another EA game that promises "exclusive DLC" what an absolute shambles...
