I have a Denon AVR-1507 which supports Dolby Digital and DTS but for some reason DA2 is defaulting to DD. Other games and movies that I have played on the PS3 have utilized DTS with no problem.

I had similar issue, seems it will alwyas default to DD. But if you really want to listen to DTS then simply uncheck the DD option from your PS3 audio options.

Dolby Digital is the default, zippie is correct you would have to uncheck it and select DTS for it to work on PS3.
