I cannot loot the main slaver in Darktown to get the loot item I need as he instantly de-spawned. I did not realise til it was too late and it auto-saved as I did other quests and tried to get him to re-appear.
Others on the PC forum has have had the EXACT same issue (http://social.biowar...58706/1#6484962) and it looks to be pretty common. I thought I would raise the issue here as I am on the 360 and others may have found a solution or a fix/workaround. Currently I am unable to progress the game as all quests must be complete to enter the Deep Roads...
I wouldnt mind if it was a side quest but it is a MAIN quest. What do I do? I really don't want to have to start over as I have already put lots of time and effort into my character.

I'm having the exact same one, tried just carrying on with the game but I can't move on to the expedition without finishing this quest, I've sunk hours in since this bug doing other quests, figured I might just be able to leave it and move on, no such luck, desperate for a patch because without I'm stuck in limbo.

Im also a 360 player and having the exact same problem. I reported it to EA but they had no positive response but to work in the situation and hopeful a patch heh...so im going to try to restart see if i can give them feedback to if its a repeat issue.

Luckily I found a save just before the quest. Unfortunately I also had to do about an hours worth of other quests I had done as well but at least I can carry on with the game. Just before I fought the slavers again I saved to make sure. On the first time it bugged again but on the 2nd time I concentrated on the npc with the item and made sure he didnt disappear or leave my sights and then stood by the corpse spamming loot until the fight ended and I got my loot.

I am having the same troubles with this glitch. Recognized after ten hours of play. I am praying a patch comes out for this glitch. Not very happy

I believe a decent amount of people are having troubles with this glitch because the only other two issues that are more viewed are the achievement problems and free item problems. This seems to be the major in game problem thus far. I would be shocked if they could not put a patch out for this. Here is hoping EA is looking out for its users.
