What is the difference between stealth and obscure? I know some talents let you be obscure while stealthed but I have no idea what that means. I always thought that stealth made me obscure...

Being obscured increases your defense(Unfortunately I don't have the exact value on hand) and doesn't go away when you attack. It persists until its duration is up. Chameleon breath and the smoke arrow upgrade, for example, obscures your party.
Stealth, on the other hand, keeps enemies from seeing you and wipes threat if you're currently engaged. It goes away when you make any offensive action. The stealth activated ability and the stealth upgrade to Back to Back can stealth your character.

Think of Obscure as a cloud of beneficial dust that makes enemies have a difficult time seeing and also hitting you.
