When I create a tactic to use a stamia draught or health poltice it whiches for the other item or blanks out after I get out of the tactics screen and play a little while. Anyone else noticed this?

yeah, and sometimes my characters activate sustained spells that i purposefully removed from their list. it seems like the game is automatically reverting back from custom to the preset options that you originally altered.

I have found that once the tactics are customized no other presets are available! The left button stops working until you exit and re-enter the screen then other presets become available.
