Elves have their own nation? Didn't know that.
I thought that they're stuck between the ghetto's of the human cities and the woods of the Dalish Elves.
Now I don't feel sorry for them anymore, now I can hate them, like I do in other fantasy universes =D

Well, I count the Dalish elves as a small nation, they don't obey the kings laws, they have their territory and their own culture, it's not much but it's a start.

Aren't the Dalish elves constantly traveling around, not just in the Dales I mean, and don't they usually get chased off the land eventually...I suppose they at least have their freedom :(

Until the Chantry lead another Exalted March.

Bastages.  They're one group I'm hoping to take down a couple notches in the game.

Well, there are raids between humans and the Dalish, but if you look at the Dalish origin video you can see that they have at least some permanent settlements and claim the Dales as their own, also think how this situation would change if their numbers were to suddenly triple or quadruple by an influx of former city elves, it's one thing to chase away a hundred head strong tribe, an entirely different one to get rid of hundreds or thousands that decide to build a city and fortify it.

Rofl. Now that's hilarious.

By the way, don't dump on all humans. You might just lose valuable allies in your fight for equality.
Not all humans are rotten pieces of refuse, you know.

That's a filthy, stinking lie! We're violently oppressed and no territory of our own!  :crying:

And here I thought it was because of the drooling and throwing feces at our fellow students. :D

That trick wouldn't by chance be "turning into a crispy snack" or "falling over and slowly bleeding to death"? Cause those are two of the most popular tricks people trying to show my guy one end up doing.

Not a crispy snack. But a snack sounds...., well, good. (*thinks about a full meal, and takes a very cold shower*)

Edit: darn keyboard, switching letters on me.

Now, now. These forums are not suited for that. But male elves are very breathtaking. In so many ways. Says this human woman.

And she's not a tart. Human males are quite boring, elven males..., are not.

Yes, humans seem to be in agreement there, we've seen that unhealthy fascination in the city elf origins video. :P

It is the fate of elves, who have so long looked down on developing societies, to now play the role the maker has left for them, Each and every elf should be beholding to their lords, if it not for the kindness of the Noble houses in taking them into their alienages and giving them shelter, then for the food and protection they are given from the darkspawn in exchange for only a few hours of meaningful work. Yet these same wretches who have been shown kindness after kindness would seek to overthrow the very benefactor that enables them to live freely in their own style and heritage.
