It just leads me to the Trail of Blood and it stops, I can't even enter the building...

I really want to finish the game and play my quests, but when I rightclick the trail of blood, it doesn't give me the next pointer so I can't enter the foundry.

Ah Ha! found it! Strange, worked as soon as I highlighted it to "Mark as active quest" AFTER you followed the blood trail, and the pointer comes up at the foundry.

Have you followed all the trails of blood? There are a few scattered about and to get the door to activate the quest marker you have to pass over all of them.
