How do i complete the quest? I have found 3 of the ingredients but I can't find the last anywhere. I want to complete this before I go to deep roads.

Bumping because I'm also unable to find the 4th and final ingredient. There's a second magical barrier at the top, but I was unable to get through.

If I remember correctly, I had to look around every little nook up the trail, including around corners and the like.. I found all four just traveling up the mountain and being thorough in my search.

However, looking it up a little has revealed a few people asking whether it was in a locked chest or not. I'm not entirely sure if it is, but I know I found all of mine up the mountain trail.

I have the same problem, but I've already reached Sundermounts Peak and if I try to go back to search for the last ingredient, the game teleports me back to the dalish camp and after the dialoge back to Kirkwall.
If I try to re-enter Sundermount, I am unable to travel back to the Dalish-Camp.
Can someone help me?

Edit: Problem solved for me.
After walking through the Dead men's path twice , I was able to find the last ingredient directly in front of the woman who gave me the quest.

I just found the poison (which was the one I was stuck on for ages) by going through the passage and out through the Mountain Graveyard. It was East of the altar and not in a locked box. I wish I could remember where the others were...

If that wasn't the right one then maybe you can work it out by elimination?

Ok I went through again and found my missing ingredient. It was at the northwest of sundermount, hidden behind some rocks. It is a crate not a locked chest.

Man, this quest was a bit annoying at first.

Google turned out to be my friend though, a quick search and i found this thread.

one is right in front of Clara (Quest Giver)
one is on the LEFT path, the one not going up the mountain, its in the little ruined area
one is hiding behind a stone a little before you get to the cave up the mountain
One is in between the place where you put the amulet and the end of the trail, easy to see

Just foundem - I missed the one to the left of the mountain passage in the camp.  good job forum!
