Befor i ask the question let me state that i did read the help section an the suggetions didnt work.

Almost all of my bonus items didnt apear The "Lion of orlais, That cool staff you get for the news letter(For got the name of staff) and Blood dragon armor i dont know if it matters if i had the blood dragon armor on a ps3 and am playing  dragon age 2 on a 360 or not but there under the same email. So thats my problem any help would be geart thank you.
