After completing the quest I went to meet Sketch. He had the quest marker over his head and after speaking with him I received the reward, but the quest doesn't remove from the journal and the quest marker remains above Sketch's head... clicking it again makes no difference.

ya had the same issue but once I started act 3 it appeared in my Completed quests log so at least it counted.
