Question regarding the Isabela Romance...

On Act 3, Isabela's Regret... does it matter what responses you give? I chose the ones obviously being nice to her, but then the final choice between "No you're not" and "You're still my friend" both sound good (I did a save/load routine to test both) ....

do these matters or does the romance still count as active. Plus, how do I get to the "moving in stage" anyhow?
