i don't see why i can say w h o r e as it is part of the quest and its hard to ask some one when its  bleeped out lmao

found it up near the entrance to the bounty hunter quest....i assume you mean *harlot's*.

It's in the northwestern part of Wounded Coast by the merchant guy.
