 ok just did the justice quest in act 3 and he vanished i talked to the cleric lady he came and got me.  Then he was acting all weird giving stuff away.  From what i understand he was supposed to be a ****** and blow it up??? cause for me he never did

Le grand explosion doesn't happen until later on. He's just setting it up.
