Is currently bugged(at least for me), I have gone to Wounded Coast, found 1 guy standing in a clearing called Bandit Leader, he not attackable, not clickable, & there no other person around said glitched guy as well as no one to rescue.

Give up, I had the same problem. Tried clearing cache, and a few other ideas... nothing worked.
