I redeemed my Black Emporium code, theoretically, on Wednesday. I've only just now realized it didn't successfully download, but my code's been used! What the heck?? How do I get back to the content which never downloaded? I want my content!

I personally had to download it manually, and if you're a PC user, it should be this way : Go to your Registered Game Content (column to the left of the forums, under your profile avatar go to Profile > Registered Game Content). If you redeemed the code on this account, on the far right of "The Black Emporium" there should be a link to "More info - PC or More info - Mac". Click on whatever of the two you have, there should be a download button at the bottom. After the download is complete, simply run the executable file and the content will be installed.
For consoles, I don't know, but there still should be a "More info" link in your registered game content.

I downloaded the game from Steam. I'm already in Act 2 but I have not seen the Black Emporium. I tried to check it from 'Registered Game Content' section. It's not there. (DA2 is already registered.) I wonder why. Is it only available for CD purchases?

Here's a question. My copy of DAII is due to arrive next week and when I searched the WIKI for DLC's it said that the Black EMporium DLC would be available to those who buy a new game. My question is: Is it the Signature Edition or the Standard Edition? Mine will be the Standard...or do I have to buy the DLC?

Same question as NHZSLB. If I buy a retail copy of DA II for PC would I get The Black Emporium? I know that on digital version you receive it but on retail I don't know.
