With Bethany, and now Anders, seem to be pretty delayed with their healing set through tactics.  I have it set at #1.  I started out with the default of 25% which was terrible, now I'm at 75% and party members still get to 15-20% before I have to switch to him and manually heal.  Is this the case with anyone else?  The rest of his tactics seem to be working fine.
