Ever since I got the game, Random loading screens just dont load, I have had to Dashboard out and reload last save multiple times, Most times its after a tough quest or battle and I have to redo it over again.

Anyone else having this problem

Yes, probably 4 or 5 times, and usually after running the game for 2 hours or greater. Have you installed the game on your harddrive?

Just encountered this issue for the first time. Been running the game just under 2 hours.

This just happened for the first time for me, I'm well into act 3, about to go to darktown for avelines quest during this time. Very annoying.

Might it have something to do with loading a new area before the game has completely finished writing a save? I notice the save I made right before I encountered this issue is corrupt; I had exited to the map while the little wheel was still spinning.

 Doing anything while any game is in the process of saving is unwise, and can easily create a corrupted file.

 Having said that, this is not the only cause for corrupted files. So yes, it is possible in your case.

It happens again at the door to leave the deep roads, Had to redo the whole last half of the Deep roads again. Very frustrating

I mean, the game lets you do things while it's saving. So....

I've found that if the game is installed on your hard drive and you play in excess of 2 hours straight, sometimes this loading screen glitch occurs.

The only solution is to save + dashboard every once in a while.

Hmm, i have the loading screen issue also, but i only seem to encounter it when i try to travel to anders' clinic on the map. this the only time it occurs and it has happened around 3-4 times now and i only got the game yesterday. I cant really tell if its a bug or what, because the music still plays, everything still moves on the loading screen, it just doesnt load the clinic.

For those encountering this issue, can you confirm what model of Xbox you have, where you're saving your save games, and whether you're running off the disc or a drive install? Also, does it generate an error or just hang with an infinite load?

Model: Limited Edition Red Xbox360 Elite
Save Location: Hard drive
Running Off Of: The DA2 disc
Problem: "Hanging with an infinite load" as you put it.

I was trying to get to Ander's Clinic in Act 3 and it got stuck on the load screen. I tried again and again to get to the Clinic and nothing. I tried to go to Darktown instead and get to Anders that way and that worked fine.

For me it's happened after playing for extended periods. at least 4+ hours

I have an older xbox and this happened to me numerous times. I just tapped the big "X" button to bring the xbox menu up and then backed out of the menu. The next scene continued normally after that.
