I found an off-hand that is double-bladed and looks similar (though not exact) at the weapon-smith in the Gallows it's called "Spider's Heart". If anyone has found the twin to Finesse please chime in.

            Uhm one of the daggers I found in the game that's close to Finese's appearance but not it's stats is the Coterie Shiv and it's stats are closer to that of but it's found in Act 2 at the weaponsmithy. Personally I like pairing the Carta Left and Right hand together. Resetting my stats to bow stats for the Basrath Kata bow form for Sebastion and giving Issabella the Low Blade and Shadow's Claw which isn't a bad combo it deals nearly the same ammount of damage as the Carta Duo.

flirt with him. it always works for me and you get a funny scene when he hits on you after he gives you the dagger and your romance option (if not Isabella bascially tells him shove off)

Spider's Heart is a decent graphic match for Finesse with decent stats and only 6 gold at the weapons shop in The Gallows.  If you're going for looks that's the best dagger you're gonna get that looks right on console versions.
