For the achievement, how do you earn the Arishok's respect?  (The search function on the forum isn't working for me, so apologies if this topic has been done.)  The guidebook simply says "Certain actions will increase the arishok's respect", which is remarkably unhelpful for a guide.

Pretty sure it's done by siding with him every chance you get (including saying if you were him you wouldn't give up the "fugitive" Elves, as well as giving him Isabella. I'm not 100% sure on it, but up until the Duel I had him calling me a special name on our first playthrough.

Usually agreeing with the Qunari values help.
