We pre-orders were supposed to get the soundtrack but havent seen it anywhere? ( i pre-ordered Bioware signature edition) soo WATH?

Look at your registered game content. There should be the DA2 Soundtrack Signature Edition. If you follow the link for more info you can download it. Have fun.
