Can anyone help?  I'm in Act 3.  Isabela is stuck in Hawke's living room standing next to my writing desk.  When clicked on, all she says is her usual bar room talk (do I need a bath, let's do something fun, etc.).  I've tried going to the house during different times of day.  I've tried clicking on her repeatedly.  I've tried visiting her at the bar.

No luck. 

I tried looking for answers on the forum, but without the search function it is harder to find answers.

Can anyone help?

I've given her both gifts, I'm 100% friends with her, and I've flirted with her at every opportunity...  She hasn't moved in or anything--so I'm not sure what she's doing always standing at my writing table. 

Please help!

UPDATE:
Just finished my play-through. In the end, the narrator (Varric) did say that all my companions parted ways, except Isabela. However, I still didn't get the romance achievement (even though I talked to her in the prep time before the final battle). My guess, it's because of this glitch.

There's a certain order that things with Isabella need to progress along in order for her to be "in love" with you. At least according to the guide. Never got the glitch. Also... she will not move in with you... and I'm pretty sure that is confirmed.

I've never gotten the chance to complete her romance, so I didn't know if she would move in or not.  Basically, my glitch is that she is stuck in my house and won't give me her last quest.  Therefore, I'm unable to complete her romance due to the missing quest. 

I'm pretty sure she's 'in love' with my character because when I gave her the 2nd gift she mentioned 'love'.  When I had another character give her the present, she omitted the mention of 'love' (even though I picked the same dialogue options).

a work around for Isabella messing up at Hawke's house is as soon a act 3 starts, go to your house and do the burglar quest, then go talk to her at the hanged man. it worked for me

Yeah... it really sucked since I had gotten so far into Act 3 by the time this occurred. The dog quest didn't pop up the first time I went in my house because Merrill was waiting for me... to apologize and hit on me. Right after that I went to see Isabela. Then I did Meredeth's quest and several companion/side quests. When I went to my house the 'beware of dog' quest occurred and Isabela became locked to my writing table... I went ahead and finished the game.

Last night, I redid my Act 3 and fixed the problem by going to my house (and talking to Merrill), exiting to Hightown, walking back into my house (triggering 'beware of dog'), exiting to the Hanged Man (talking to Isabela), going by to my house (and talking to Isabela at my writing table). Bam. It worked.

Still, this bug should be fixed. I shouldn't have to redo my entire Act 3 because of not doing one quest in order.
