We all have different reasons for hating the game so we have to make different topics,
you need to stop making I heart bioware topics that don't say anything discusionary.

I've not made a single topic, but thanks for trying. People on -both- ends of the spectrum are really obnoxious. It's just this late at night, this topic was the one to cause me to snap and say something. Sorry.

How much dialoge is written for Bethesda games?

It isn't a bad game, but I would put Origins, ME 1 and 2, above DA2. If the end hadn't been better than the dull lifeless first half of the game, then I would put Fallout 3 and New Vegas above it as well. I haven't played Oblivion mind you, but my friends love that game.

In terms of "modern", at least.

DA2 does not suck. It's a good game, with some genuinely great components. It's just horribly dissapointing after the much more enjoyable DA:O.

I feel gross saying this, but i agree with Drogo on this.  DA2 does not suck, it is however a lot worse then Origins... like a lot worse, i dont understand how essentially the same team took such a huge step backwards... all they had to do was make a new campaign using all the same mechanics as origins, and people would have been happy.

Also i am looking forward to Skyrim as well... too bad the damn game is still many months away.

Why is the inet going to run out of space? Get a grip and ignore the posts you do not want to read for what ever reason you choose. I detect a bit of hypocracy here in that you seem to be concerned with "spam" threads but have no problem spamming a thread with your anti-spam begging. Just ignore it or join it but you will not stop it, it does have a life of its own.

I love Bethesda they still do RPG right, and with the addition of hardcore mode to FONV man did they ever hit it right.

Subjective, imo Witcher 2 will blow both out of water (including ME3).

BTW I find StarCraft 2 having better immersion experience that what I see of DA2.

star craft 2 was meh for me, i much prefer the total war series, and personaly i didn't like the first witcher, really liked the choices you are force to make but the story was boring, so i don't really care about the second one, probably wait till its like $20 on steam.  but i respect your opinions.

yup, that's hit the nail on the head; the game is okay on its own merit, but after how awesome DA:O was, we were expecting something so much better, and DA2 looks like **** in the gutter outside the bumping, sexy nightclub of DA:O

Precisely. This game is fine, but in comparison to DAO, it is a waste of time. Barely qualifies for a DLC for the original. I thought that awakening had more depth, and even that was kinda shallow. All the hype for nothing.....

Well I can't wait for diablo 3! That can't be a disappointment.. right?
