In my opinion, one of the worst omissions in Dragon Age 2 is the lack of a Party Select button

Having to go back to your house or finding a blowing horn everytime you want to swap a party member is stupid

In Origins, there was a MOD where you could change your party members anywhere
is such mod possible in Dragon Age 2?

I think this is a very good idea. I don't really see the point of running around looking for that horn.

Can you maximize the horns? Like having 200 of them? ^^

Well you can always use the console command "runscript zz_dae_debug" and the party option, should work fine as long as you stick to companions who you have unlocked at that stage of the game (just add a 4th companion and it auto opens up the pick party screen).
