 Are one of the hidden trophies unlocked when you complete the game in hard mode without switching?

The reason I ask this question is because the Ancient Rock Wraith takes a SINFUL amount of time to beat, perhaps even longer than the Archdemon. I honestly know how to beat it now, but it takes 20+ minutes to beat this assshole and I really don't have the patience for this. Strategy:

- 3 ranged (Myself, Varric, and Beth)
- Aveline tanking, taunting, and kiting
- Always stay at the opposite side of the boss and continue attacking ranged
- Hide behind pillars when boss is in the centre
- Taunt mini rock wraiths with Aveline and finish them off with backstab with rogue Hawke
- Dodge rolling attacks

This boss takes a LARGE amount of patience and time but I won't waste my whole night trying to kill it. 
In mid battle when the boss has 50% HP, I start getting careless, impatient, and stupid because of the vaccuum sucking ability the boss has. I panic whenever I get even the slightest damage.

I think just about anything in DA2 takes longer than the Archdemon... but...

If patience is an issue, get to a point where you stop caring, pause, go do something else for 10 minutes, come back in and finish it.

He takes forever with any strategy, and no, there are no achievements related to difficulty.

If youre playing on PC you can just cheat and have him killed that way. Apparently cheats don't impact the achievements.

If youre on console, then yeah I guess you have to just hang in there
