on the "sketchy on the details" quest i killed all assailants and went to talk to sketch at the end, he gave me the reward but the quest did not clear from my active quests. It did not stop me from continueing my game play, but i am curious if it registered as completed or not

P.S. I LOVE THIS GAME

And also if you use Thrask to find Feynriel during the Wayward Son Main Quest he says to look for Samson at night "near the entrance to Darktown" yet Samson and the plot flag for this quest are in Lowtown.

In Lowtown, near the entrance to Darktown. Though this isn't clear since the area transition is just labled "Leave Area".

Ok, so it's not a problem. Good to know, thanks alot for the reply.

For some reason I receive both Amaranthine Conspirators and Secret Rendezvous, even though I burned Amaranthine in my imported save.

In the room where you fight the Ogre during the Deep Roads Expedition, there are traps all over the floor and that you can't see no matter what, I keep getting stuck in them because I can't see them nor disable them.

There is also a set of traps in the Birthright quest and the option to disable them never appears.

Yes, the leg traps don't seem to appear no matter where they are. There are a couple during Aveline's first companion quest that don't appear as well. Oddly they tend to disappear when you are not in combat.

Having the same problem with the leg traps not showing up.

Another glitch I'm experiencing in all 3 acts is when talking to party members for personal quests that they will blink or a part of them will blink out. Aveline's shield will blink out for some reason. This happens no matter what party members I have in my team.

Next glitch is I'm in Darktown with a female rogue hawke. She is a dual wielding Hawke going to speak to Anders for the first time. Party make-up is Hawke, Aveline, Bethany, Varric. When femhawke speaks to Anders, one of her daggers on her back disappears. It is the one over her left shoulder that goes away. As the conversation continues, the dagger reappears all of a sudden, as if it was still there, just hidden. But there is no way that could be, because the dagger should have been visible throughout the conversation. Visible from when the camera is focused on Hawke's face and when it's focused on Hawke's head from behind.

Didn't know where else to put this but how come sometimes when you chose a "nighttime" version of a place on the city map it's still day out? It doesn't seem to affect any quests that can only be done at night but it's still odd, and it happens through out the entire game. It seems to happen more often in Darktown I've noticed.

As part of the quest where you are helping the dwarf get the explosive powder (sorry, I don't have the game open right now so I can't check for the official name of the quest), there is a qunari that comes to warn you that the Tal-Vashoth are up ahead. I convinced him to fight with me (using the forceful option, not by paying him) and he said he would meet me at the camp, and that the path was obvious, then vanished. However, when I continued on and killed all the Tal-Vashoth, I saw no sign of this "helpful" qunari anywhere. Every qunari I encountered attacked me. Thought it might be a glitch, so I decided to report it.

The merchant screen for Bodhain (sp?) won't come up in Hightown. He says something like let me show you my wares, but then doesn't. Sandal will enchant bit can't buy/sell from Bodhain.

I saw on a YouTube video that the PC folks can buy/sell from Bodhain, so maybe just xbox or console problem? Both my friend and I both have this bug.

For the Finders Keepers quest I chose the route that didn't cost me any money (Looked at teh papers at nighttime) and now it won't let me go into Woodrows Wearhouse. Theres no quest marker on my map but at the travel screen there is a marker on The Docks. Needless to say quest is bugged and I can't progress..

You have to buy from his kiosk.

Thanks Myrkale. I could swear there was no kiosk there, just Bodain, but I'll go back and check a saved game - maybe I'm just wrong/blind.

Oof, I've had a no good, very bad experience with the game so far, which is a shame because I'm really enjoying it- up to the point it glitches out. Playing on a 360 Silver Account, with live internet access.

Isabela's Fools Rush In Quest: I can't enter the chantry. She's standing beside the door, I've combed over the entire area looking to see if I've missed anyone, etc. The open-door symbol won't activate. I've gone back and replayed 4 hours but every time I reach that quest it glitches out in the same spot and I'm unable to proceed.

The Bone Pit: Moved on to The Bone Pit quest. I get to the final??? dragon, and the loading screen comes up- and never leaves. Can't pull up a menu, can't do anything. I can hear my characters, and I can hear the battle, but the load screen remains the only thing on screen. Waited 15 minutes, but eventually had to turn off the machine. Save file is now corrupt. Replayed on an older save, but had the same glitch again.

I think I'm going to have to start over, which is a shame.

For Fools Rush In you have to revert to a previous save. The issue seems to be caused by picking up the letter before Isabella requested it(there is a thread about it somewhere). I would suggest trying the same thing with the Bone Pit as well.

I was doing the Wayward Son quest and I talked to Vincento about his son and he directed me to Samson. I talked to him and he directed me to a warehouse but I never went there. I was in the Gallows later for another quest and I talked with Thrask without thinking. I asked about Feynriel, again without thinking and he directed me to Samson again.

I couldn't enter the warehouse so I went to speak with Samson for the second time but he just tells me to hurry to the warehouse.

So I'm stuck on Act I because the game won't let me enter the warehouse and it wont let Samson reset the plot flag.

Would the problems regarding quest markers not working e.g long way home, and that isabela chantry quest only be fixable by a patch? If so, please do it quick bioware because I was enjoying DA2 but I can't really play it now

On my game, I am unable to get Merrill's friendship/rivalry stats to move. I have reloaded a save and tried again but the same thing happens.

Quest Magistrate's Orders is glitched. When you go to speak to the magistrate after sparing his son and try to extort more gold out of him, he only gives you 2 gold pieces. If you do not extort more gold out of him he only gives you 3 gold pieces. Basically when you are trying to extort more gold out of him he should be giving you 5 gold pieces in total instead of only 2. This also needs to be fixed.

You should be directed to Danzig in Darktown, who will then direct you to the warehouse.

I found a glitch that begins in Act 1 and affects the rest of the game. I tried starting a romance with Merrill, so I choose to flirt with her during the quest "Welcome home" after she first moves into Lowtown. The game gives you an option to flirt. I did that, and up until Act 3 it was impossible to gain friendship/rival points with her during any conversations with her at home. I also flirted with her at the correct times during Act 2, like the guide said. I should also mention it autocompleted "mourning" at the start of Act 2, like mentioned in the Act 2 issue thread. Anyways she took to the flirting, but the romance, never occured, she never moved into the estate like she was suppose to, and nor did I flirt with anyone else. The strange thing is when the guide details how to romance her, it never mentions the option in the first act. I think the option is a glitch that cancels out any chance for a romance with her and disables friend/rival changes accept in ambivalent conversations.

Merrill is supposed to come to your home sometime during act 2 or 3 and you get the option of sleeping with her. But you have to go to your house in hightown at night for that cutscene to occur. It's similar to Isabela's romance. Need to sleep with them to continue the romance.

I know, and did the romance with Isabela on my first playthrough, I went to my house every time I completed a major quest during act 2, and she never showed up. Only people appeared where to talk to my mabari.
