Also when the end credits came, I didn't get the ending theme just the thunderclap sound effect.
I'm on the PS3 btw.

Favor and Fault - no armour upgrade for Avaline, just a shield.
Speaking to Merril in Alienage at beginning of Act 3 triggers end scene of new path quest
Last Straw - Fenris disappeared in cut scene, though hear him speaking, Gallows Courtyard, before talking to companions.
Friendship bonus: only Isabela's seemed to be active, although I had at least four other companions at max friendship (Varric, Merrill, Anders and Avaline).
Possible plot point bug: End game dialogue, Varric tells Chantry questioner that all companions left Champion except for Isabella, although I completed romance with Merril.

The quest "Who Needs Rescuing" doesn't exist past the journal.
Merrill's personal quest of Act III ends before it even begins, thankfully after her final dialogue that should be at the end of the quest, talking with King Alistair activates her personal quest, so it is a temporary fix but still bothersome.
Varric sometimes mixes up which love interest you were with. For example, my first Hawke in Act II romanced Merrill after having the casual sex fling with Isabela, continued with Merrill through act III, yet Varric says that
Isabela stayed with the Champion. Isabela also left in that playthrough, so I was confused.
Sometimes the game freezes up, but this doesn't happen except for extended game sessions.
EDIT: The quest in Act III where you can scour the Deep Roads for Nathaniel doesn't activate, despite skipping the quest "Fools Gold". I have also read up on this and people have complained that even if they do get a chance to do this quest, choices from Awakening are improperly imported, such as things regarding the Architect. This also makes it a problem to upgrade Varric's armor completely.
EDIT2: Aveline's final armor upgrade, which should appear on Jeven in Act III doesn't appear, thus making it impossible to fully upgrade her.
EDIT3: Possibly the most annoying is the bug that subtracts from your attack speed whenever you take Isabela out of your party. My mage is honestly hitting slower than a 2H warrior from DA:O now and I reloaded a save so I don't take Isabela along to fix this temporarily.
I'll edit for more I notice.

Problems:
CONSTANT freeze ups.
Merrill's story is out of order
And the big one, Hawke slowing down due to what seems to be Isabella's friendship.

The only PS3 fix (for lack of a better term) is to not have isabela in the party when she is going to be forced out such as in Anders' side quest "Justice", right when you enter the sewers and caves, it takes everyone out of your party, even if you put Isabela straight back in, each time she is knocked out of the party without using the change party screen, the game subtracts 5% of your base attack speed instead of revoking her bonus. The only ones I have come across and remember are the two times in the quest "No Rest For the Wicked" when she is hauled away by Velasco & when you let Castillon go or kill him, and in the search for the relic at the end of Act II. If you are a perfectionist, that is already a base 15% subtracted, 10% if you keep her in the party regularly and watch out for party removals.ArchAngel_009 wrote...

It has been reported for the other formats I think, but it now happened for me on the PS3.
Merrill's quests seems to happen in reverse, with the quest for talking to her about what happened coming before I've even seen the quest leading to it.
I wanted to report this as well. I had two playthroughs where this glitch did not happen. However, just now I entered Act III and went to just check in w/ Merrill, and she's crying and breaks the mirror, etc...but of course we haven't even been to the mountain for her big climactic quest yet.

Having a problem with a rumor quest that takes place in Wounded Coast. The one that says that a noblewoman was kidnapped or something.... The quest does not start and I'm assuming it's in the northeast corner of the map, but no cave is open and there is a non-responsive NPC standing nearby.
Also having problems getting Gamlen's Greatest Treasure quest to open.
I have the same problem, there's no one in the wounded coast to rescue.

Something I recently thought may have happened with my playthrough is since I imported an awakenings save that is saved right before stepping into the Mother's nest, the import didn't properly import my awakenings data. I read over a year back that the save that is meant to be imported is the autosave right after dealing with the Architect. Hopefully they fix that if that is the case, which I hope it isn'tGatano P wrote...
I cant get the Nathaniel Howe quest. I imported an optimal runthrough of a cgaracter that completed origins and awakenibg in which nathaniels conclusion was he charged the enemy at the keep and saved the day. he was then carried off as a hero ( or something to that effect ) and had a statue built in his honour. So he did live. The problem i have is that the game does not auto save after killing the mother so how the hell am i supposed to import it properly ? .... extremelt vexed because i just completed da2 and this was the only thing I lacked to make this an optimal play through to completely conquer all 3 games and DLC's

I've posted a problem with this too. Apparently if you don't kill all the spiders and run through, you get stuck. So if you just ran through and didn't kill the spiders, that's why.
But here's my thing... I killed all the spiders, looted the bodies that I could, and I still ran into the invisible wall. And I dunno if this happens with you, but once I run into the invisible wall, I can't go back up the stairs. So essentially I'm stuck in an invisible cage. And the worst part is, I've got one save file, and I saved right inside the cave. Now if I reload that save, whenever I appear back at the cave entrance, if I try to go back out, the screen locks up and I'm stuck looking at the cave entrance. I restart my PS3, and click resume and it starts at the autosave which is... you guessed it, right inside the cave entrance. I CANNOT CONTINUE MY GAME! Literally, I'm stuck in The Cave of No Return! There went 60 bucks right down the freakin' drain!<_<

I was thinking... I have an 80 gb harddrive on my PS3. I keep up with cleaning out old game data, and saves for games that I am finished playing or no longer have. I wonder if the lack of free space on hard drives are causing a few of the issues?
