I wonder if the lack of free space on hard drives are causing a few of the issues?
I doubt it as I have about 74 GBs of space free and I experienced the Isabela glitch but was fortunate enough to have plently of saves to fallback on as well as being aware of how to avoid it afterwards.
Experienced some more glitches on my second full playthrough:
-Who needs rescuing? quest bugged, unresponsive bandit in Wounding Coast
-Merill's personal quest showing out of order again; this game I was her rival instead of her love interest, but the post-quest scene played first regardless.
-Aveline's last armor upgrade never showed up on the ex-captain's body
-I unlocked the trophy for gathering all of the resources but I was missing a bunch in this playthrough, the trophy popped up after picking up the special resource in Isabella's personal quest.
-Sided with the templars on this playthrough, and I had a lone templar spawn in the Templar Courtyard after some blood mages summoned a desire demon in one of the side rooms. His was designated as an enemy and I had to kill him before moving to the next area.
-Zevran(!?!) showed up to help my brother's Hawke fight the knight-commander in the final stages of the battle.
General bugs/issues:
-A pale or light skinned Hawke's face looks fine with no issues regardless of lighting, but if I make a dark/darker skinned Hawke, random sections of my character's face will appear darker or lighter than surrounding areas. This is especially noticeable around the lips. The darker the skin tone, the worst the skin looks, even more so whenever an area is shadowy.
-Some of the companions fingers look like those of a dessicated mummy. Whenever they raised their hands you could see their hideous, wrinkled phalanges. Readily apparent for Merill and Isabella.
-Tactics seem pretty buggy as well. Some highlights; creating a tactic for taking a health/mana/stamina potion and placing it in the top handfull of slots causes the potions to be blanked while retaining the conditon whenever you look at the tactics of another character or exit out of the tactics section, but this generally only occurs once per character per potion; companions will use tactics that have been removed/replaced with a different one (Anders still used chain lighting on "nearest visible" eventhough I changed the condition to "staggered"); companions can use abilities that require a particular sustain to be active without having the sustain actually be on; companions can also activate multiple sustains even if some of them are mutually exclusive; companions often ignore tactics or refuse to move especially in large battles (i.e. dozen or more weak enemies)
- Targetting seems to be problematic as well as Hawke/controlled character's focus switched seemingly at the game's whim between any interactive object nearby resulting in moves not being usable or being wasted on the wrong enemy.
-Just like in Origins, rarely some enemies will refuse to die once their health is reduced to almost zero. Sometimes critical hits or status effects will kill them, other times I can only reload. Happened to one of the mature dragons, a random skeleton archer, a random bloodmage, a giant spider, and one of the big statues while fighting Meredith. Yes, all unkillable enemies were in this playthrough.
