I wonder if the lack of free space on hard drives are causing a few of the issues?

I doubt it as I have about 74 GBs of space free and I experienced the Isabela glitch but was fortunate enough to have plently of saves to fallback on as well as being aware of how to avoid it afterwards.

Experienced some more glitches on my second full playthrough:

-Who needs rescuing? quest bugged, unresponsive bandit in Wounding Coast
-Merill's personal quest showing out of order again; this game I was her rival instead of her love interest, but the post-quest scene played first regardless.
-Aveline's last armor upgrade never showed up on the ex-captain's body
-I unlocked the trophy for gathering all of the resources but I was missing a bunch in this playthrough, the trophy popped up after picking up the special resource in Isabella's personal quest.
-Sided with the templars on this playthrough, and I had a lone templar spawn in the Templar Courtyard after some blood mages summoned a desire demon in one of the side rooms. His was designated as an enemy and I had to kill him before moving to the next area.
-Zevran(!?!) showed up to help my brother's Hawke fight the knight-commander in the final stages of the battle.

General bugs/issues:
-A pale or light skinned Hawke's face looks fine with no issues regardless of lighting, but if I make a dark/darker skinned Hawke, random sections of my character's face will appear darker or lighter than surrounding areas. This is especially noticeable around the lips. The darker the skin tone, the worst the skin looks, even more so whenever an area is shadowy.
-Some of the companions fingers look like those of a dessicated mummy. Whenever they raised their hands you could see their hideous, wrinkled phalanges. Readily apparent for Merill and Isabella.
-Tactics seem pretty buggy as well. Some highlights; creating a tactic for taking a health/mana/stamina potion and placing it in the top handfull of slots causes the potions to be blanked while retaining the conditon whenever you look at the tactics of another character or exit out of the tactics section, but this generally only occurs once per character per potion; companions will use tactics that have been removed/replaced with a different one (Anders still used chain lighting on "nearest visible" eventhough I changed the condition to "staggered"); companions can use abilities that require a particular sustain to be active without having the sustain actually be on; companions can also activate multiple sustains even if some of them are mutually exclusive; companions often ignore tactics or refuse to move especially in large battles (i.e. dozen or more weak enemies)
- Targetting seems to be problematic as well as Hawke/controlled character's focus switched seemingly at the game's whim between any interactive object nearby resulting in moves not being usable or being wasted on the wrong enemy.
-Just like in Origins, rarely some enemies will refuse to die once their health is reduced to almost zero. Sometimes critical hits or status effects will kill them, other times I can only reload. Happened to one of the mature dragons, a random skeleton archer, a random bloodmage, a giant spider, and one of the big statues while fighting Meredith. Yes, all unkillable enemies were in this playthrough.:crying:

edit:fixed typo

Is the fact that if you rival Anders (romanced or otherwise) that you get the same exact scene in the Last Straw as if you were on a friendship path a bug? Also, there's no way to get him to side with the templars even if you have his rivalry/friendship at max even though his writer (Miss Hepler) said that this should happen.

- Fenris Alone mission won't trigger. The arrow is there, but not where it's suppose to be. Rather than being over "the Hanged man" logo, it's kind blended into it, and other quests in the hanged man (on the loose) will appear IN the other arrow. When I go in the hanged men during the day, nothing I can't get the quest to trigger.

I'm on my second playtrough with a fem mage hawke

- Invincibility glitch: when I revive my companions (with Hawke specialization) they become invincible. They take initial damage, but then hp goes full right away. Same thing goes for stamina. The only way to get rid of this is to change the difficulty, then they become human again. I think this started to happen at the end of act two (may also have been happening as soon as I got the spell)

- Sometimes, when I revive my companion, they don't start fighting, they just walk around, weapons NOT in hand.

Comtesse Dulci de Launcet invisible. After I was done talking to her, I went in her room, I can se her name appear on the bed, but She is invisible, I can talk to her but I won't see her. Not that big of a deal but this did not happen on my first playthrough.

I've got a few issues with my imported save (cleared DA:O, awakening, GoA, and Witch Hunt). The biggest and most pertinent concern is Nathaniels cameo quest is not showing up (left him in a fully upgraded keep, survived). Fool's Gold keeps showing up in act II. Doing a speed run through Origins and it's DLC again to see if that fixes it.

Minor bugs of note

-Merrill being a time traveler (closing cutscene from A New Path triggers before the actual quest)

- this may not be a bug, but is there any confirmation in DA2 on the Warden's romance options? I romanced/loved Morrigan, followed her through the Eluvian etc. However it sounds like my Warden did nothing of the sort

I have a couple:

1. Not sure if this is a bug or not.
Isabela is at my mansion with the gold exclamation mark over her head, but I can't get her to talk to me other than the general small talk you get when in party. I have romanced her pretty well I thought, although not had the final "romance" bit.
Haven't done her Act 3 quest yet as it has not triggered.

2. Leliana mentioned that she knew the Hero of Ferelden a few years back. From my imported save game they were a couple, so did they split up in the meantime?

I also have the Who Needs Rescuing non-starting bug.

One of my issues is During act 3 orana should move upstaris, but for me she disappears.
Who needs rescuing ? I try to interact with the bandit and nothing happens.
Aveline's last armor never show up.
During faith quest on act 3 leliana ony say's that she knew my warden a few year back instead of they were together.

I have problem with Murder with the Crows or something like that. Once I beaten Nuncio and his crew, Zevran came back to me and Isabela and introduced himself... again. I can't complete this sidequest on my female mage playthrough.

After I beat the game and reload in Hawke's Mansion, the audio from before the fight with Meredith begins to play and then the game freezes.

I can help with the Fenris bug. It turns out that after starting the quest, if you go into the Hanged Man without Fenris after, then the quest is non-completable.

Just out of curiosity, does the imported romance with Zevran's bug happen also on PS3? http://social.biowar...index/6650501/1 If so, I guess that's also something Bioware should work to solve in future patches, since we can't get mods to solve it like PC users.

If there's not such a problem on the PS3 just ignore my post. I haven't gone throught that part yet, but I was checking here to see if the bug had been reported.

Yes, I have that bug with imported save game from origins and awakening, Zevran codex and dialogue are wrong (didn't say anything about his romance with my warden)

With the save game with Alistair and Cousland married  didn't have problems, with Leliana or Alistair Grey Warden I don't know.

Also I get  the "Who needs rescuing ?" bug

I wish this littles bugs get fixed soon with a patch ;)

I romanced Fenris, and I guess Grace kidnapped him? I don't remember that happening. But, when I went to the Wounded Coast to deal with the mage and templer stuff, Fenris was both in my party and the hostage.

Also, regarding Fenris. After we had the whole 'if I have a future I want it to be with you' scene, I was still getting party banter like we'd broken up. When I spoke to Anders during Justice I got 'He left me' as a dialogue option. I did get my romance trophy at the end, but it was annoying that the game kept acting like I hadn't managed to get him.

Thanks :)

Yeah, I guess I just waited too long before trying to complete the quest

I'll add in my list (which is pretty much the same as everyone else's). FTR, I'm playing the Signature Edition on a 2nd gen 80GB PS3 with an upgraded HD. I have most of the DLC (Black Emporium, Exiled Prince, Blood Armor, Staff of Parthalan, etc.)

I had a few freezing issues in Act I, but started a new game and never ran into them again and the game played fine until I hit Act III...

- I had the Merrill bug where the final cutscene from "A New Path" plays the first time you go to her house in the Alienage. I had Merrill at full Friendship and moved in with me by the end of Act II. I was able to go ahead and finish her personal quest a bit later and completed the romance with her.

- Despite the fact I completed the romance with Merrill, Varric tells the Seeker only Isabella stayed with me. I had Isabella at full Friendship as well, had been flirtatious with her and, when she asked me if I wanted to leave with her on her new ship (post killing Castillion), I asked, "What about Merrill" and she said, "Bring her along." Don't know if any of that plays into this bug, but thought I should provide all details.

- "Who Needs Rescuing?" was added to my Journal, but no plot markers anywhere. Only a non-interactive rogue on the Wounded Coast.

- Finished the first three Aspect of the quest for the demon and got the Journal message to go to Darktown to find the demon's lair. No lair opened in Darktown--no quest markers either.

I think that's it. I haven't played the Finding Nathaniel quest yet as I finished "Fool's Gold." I didn't notice anything else that immediately looked like a bug or glitch.

Overall I loved the game, but there are a few issues that I encountered while playing.

-Leliana didn't recognize the romance with my Warden. I imported an Awakenings save, and I think that has something to do with it (according to what I've read on these forums). She didn't mention the "He is very dear to me" or something like that dialogue.

-"Who Needs Rescuing?" sidequest was broken.

-Hawke romanced Isabella, but after I beat the game, I didn't get the romance trophy. Did I miss something? The only romantic interaction (besides flirting) Hawke had with her was the bedroom scene. My Hawke mentioned that he wanted more than just a "good time", and Isabella was resistant and sad. Varric did mention that Hawke and Isabella stayed together, but still no romance trophy. (*EDIT: Isabella visited me after "All That Remains" to try and comfort Hawke.  She also a had change in clothing.  Hawke didn't have any other romantic interactions besides Isabella.)

-My overall concern is that my saves from Origins/Awakening didn't import correctly as mentioned before with Leliana. If that didn't import correctly then what else didn't import correctly? I just don't want my story from Origins to go unnoticed.

I know Bioware is looking into this, and I appreciate that a lot. When they get this fixed I will be playing again for sure. I'll keep checking back for a patch update, but for now, back to school work. Image IPB

There is no marker. Go to Anders' clinic and look outside. You can't miss it.

I got the same thing.
Apparently you have to trigger one (count 'em) VERY specific bit of dialogue in Act II otherwise you can forget getting the trophy with Isabela.

Not very well done Bioware... Image IPB

I did a bit of searching around and found something interesting.  I didn't get the ship from Castillion during Isabella's quest in Act 3.  I killed him instead, but Isabella seemed to understand Hawke's position after the battle. But I guess you might have to get her the ship in order to completely finish the romance.

-Finding Nathaniel quest does not show up at all even with him surviving that assault on Amaranthine as noted in the epilouge. During Awakening I fully upgraded the keep and he didn't die. It seems some import flags are not working correctly to trigger this quest. I have heard that Fool's Gold either disables Nathaniel's quest or shows up only if the game thinks he died. This needs to be corrected since you can not get Varric's last armor upgrade if you don't get the quest and I don't like missing out on Nathaniel's cameo.

Yea I had this problem too.  Upgraded Vigil's Keep and all, but still no cameo.  I think you're right about the "Fool's Gold" glitch.  I really do hope they fix the expansion import issues.  I don't care how long it takes as long as it is done right.

I've had many of the problems others have noted, like the "Who needs rescuing?" problem, the friendship bug, the "a new path" bug, numerous slowdowns and freezes, etc. But I haven't seen this one.

After completing the "Best Served Cold" quest, I went into the Gallows and talked to Cullen.

He began to talk, then the game completely crashed, requiring a hard reboot of the PS3. Not good.

And I have no idea if this is a bug or not, but what the hell happens in the "best served cold" quest? Honestly, I have no idea what was going on or what the conclusion was. I confronted the mages. Killed everyone but Alain. Then Alain for some reason apparently has the urgent need to bring Grace back to life with blood magic. Why? Just to thank me again for saving her way back when? But apparently she is still actually dead. Or not. Then Samson shows up with Cullen. But apparently he isn't helping them, but is. But he's against them. Or isn't. And what happened to Bethany? Is she dead? Alive? Who knows. WTF.

In spite of the fact that Sebastian chaste-marriage-proposed to me, I accepted his proposal, and I killed Anders, the ending was consistent with no romance taking place. His gallows conversation also bizarrely alluded to how it might have been "in other circumstances."

Bodahn insists that a letter is waiting for me even though he is mistaken.
