So far:
-Same Merrill bug as everyone else
-Same kidnapped noble quest bug as everyone else (also, of note, the quest was in my log at the beginning of Act 3, before I read the letter, if that means anything to you).
-I'm not getting a Questioning Beliefs quest for Anders after doing his collect quest, but refusing to help him at the Chantry. Not sure if this is intended, since it's the only time I've turned down any part of a companion quest.
-I had to restart from an earlier save when I went to turn in Aveline's companion quest to Cullen after reading Orsino's letter. A suggestion: if at all possible move the trigger for starting the last main quest to going into the Templar Halls, instead of the outside Gallows area, where there are other quest-givers and merchants.
-Game crashes about halfway through fighting the High Dragon (and also frequently at random other times).
-Various empty loots.
-The oft-mentioned negative damage resistance and attack speed bugs (I thought my computer was lagging until I switched to another character and realized only Hawke was moving in slow motion).
-At one point, I forget when exactly, Gameln was standing in the doorway in the Hawk Estate near Sandal's enchanting table for no apparent reason, during and after a cutscene.
-Not sure where I stand with Isabela since I got the whole "falling for you" conversation and reciprocated, but she was still very anti-attachment when I gave her the talisman later. I did kill the slaver instead of blackmailing him, but she seemed to forgive me for that at the time (before the "falling for you" talk).
-In Isabela's codex entry for Act 3 there are two slightly different versions of what happened after she came back. I'm assuming that one is for friendship (my path) and the other for rivalry.
-Alistair mentions that the Hero of Ferelden should be back in Denerim by now, even though I went through the Eluvian in my save (possibly not a bug, implying that the Warden came back after a few years, but it seems to be implying that he just stayed in Denerim which was what I chose for one of my options post-coronation (with later saying I might go after Morrigan), but not what was reflected by my Awakening epilogue (it had me going after Morrigan after leaving Vigil's Keep), or my choices in Witch Hunt).
-I know this almost definitely doesn't count as a bug, but I might as well point out the massive continuity error with Anders. According to my epilogue in Awakening he left the Wardens once for two months, not six years, and to be honest, after the ending of this game I really don't see any way he could go back to them at any point no matter what Hawke decides about him. I mean, giving me the option to contradict my ending from a previous game would be one thing, but I seem to have no choice about it at all. Here's hoping there was supposed to be something in-game to explain this.
