 I'm not sure this qualifies as an Act 3 issue but I don't see a post-epilogue section... and I apologize in advance if it's already been mentioned, but I can't find anything with a search.

Basically, after loading the post-epilogue save my Hawke is back in her mansion, she gets the "Congratulations for completing Dragon Age 2..." and then gets dumped back into the final conversation with Meredith while staring at her front door. The 'cut scene' focuses on the door when Meredith is speaking. It's actually rather funny, until it freezes after the conversation is over.

I finished the game on Nightmare, so maybe this is actually a feature?

I am on my second playthrough when I encountered a strange bug with Isabella's Act 3 Quest. She stands near my quest desk in the Hawke Estate with a pointer over her head, but when I click on her she just say's a random line like "I think I need a bath, do you think I need a bath?" and never actually gives me her quest for act 3. I did not have this problem on my first playthrough so I find this a bit odd. I romanced Merrill on both playthrough's so I am not sure why this time has gone differently.
