I found the 3rd scroll first, then found the other two, killed scroll one and scroll two's boss, it didn't tell me where to go either.
But I can say scroll one and two's bosses were up the hill in Sundermount and passed the Graveyard, and on the Wounded Coast. The final Boss that I fought was the hardest, and he is just outside of Anders Clinic, the entrance is an open doorway with a ladder. Near the place where you find your grandparents will I think?

- The dialogue order for Merrill is not working properly, and the "Keeper's dead" dialogue was played the first time I arrived at her house;
- The "Finding Nathaniel" quest is completely missing, even though I've met all the requirements to have it;
- The "Who Needs Rescue?" quest is broken. When I get to the Wounded Coast all I can find is an unresponsive Rogue Leader and nothing else.

I have the third one (Who Needs Rescue?), the first two worked for me.
Had moderate friendship with Merrill, wasn't romancing her, so it would support the rivalry aspect people have noticed.
Nathaniel quest fired off properly, but there was an error where the Architect was mentioned as being alive, while he isn't (This was the only clear conflict of this type I ran into in the whole game).
Also had the bug with that one discussion with the Arishok looping twice, I think it's already pretty well documented so I won't scratch my brain for the exact result).

The first is that at the end, it mentions everyone left the Champion except for Isabella, as if Isabella stayed with my Champion. The problem is, Isabella left and abandoned the Champion entirely earlier in the game. Merril was the only female character that would have had reason to stay with the champion in the long term as she was the chosen love interest.
The second is that after Varrick's story is over, and the lady walks out of the room to meet Leliana, after Leliana holds the book and it flashes, the game freezes. Right after the book flashes the game freezes. Same spot. Five tries now. The screen goes black and the program stops responding.
There's also a random Bandit Leader on the Wounded Coast that just stands there. There's no reason he's there that I know of, unless he's responsible for the kidnapped woman. In which case . . . things are bugged. No one else is in the area, and he just stands there - you can't interact with him in any way or even fight him.
Merril also triggers the Keeper being dead before the Keeper is even dead . . . one time when I went to her house, before I'd even started down that particular portion of Merril's quests. It kind of was a . . . huge spoiler.

That's the "Who Needs Rescuing" bug mentioned above. Seems pretty universal.

Even though my import clearly - and correctly - showed that I killed the Architect, Nathaniel told me that the Warden spared him.
So that's it, I've run out of things to play in the game without encountering a continuity-breaking bug (and I've put over a hundred hours into this story), or skipping content. Wonderful, and I'll bet this one is never fixed since I'm the only one I'd seen complaining about this particular problem with Nathaniel.

Merril's quests are all messed up. The quest, "A New Path" (Act III) has her asking me to help her make the mirror work...the mirror which she smashed in Act II.

I just experienced similar sound issues during the battle with Evelina (On The Loose quest): really unpleasant sounds (which stopped when I paused the game) and none of my party could attack her, I was right-clicking her and my character was just standing there. There was no issue with the cut scene though. It worked OK when I reloaded and tried again.

Also If you convince the Templars to allow Samson back in the order, you can find him at the Gallows all happy that he has been reinstated. But then if you go to the (Docks? I think) he is still there as well, begging for money and saying that he can never rejoin the Templars.
I also noticed there was no sound effect of the dagger if you choose to kill Anders. Every other instance of back-stabbing in the game has a slicing sound effect when this happens, but for Anders it was silent. Not sure if this was intentional but it struck me as odd.

Merrill's 'wrap-up' companion quest dialog pops up at the beginning. No negative consequences though.
Nathaniel's quest didn't happen for me, despite importing an awakenings save where he lived. Other plot flags seemed to import okay. I did get the three-dwarves-in-the-deep roads quest instead in act 2.
