I'm wondering if there's a way to actually do it. The dog barking is seriously starting to tick me off.

If I may, I would like to bump this as I wouldn't mind knowing how to uninstall DLC as well. Bought Exiled Prince and found it to be too cluttering to the story. Would like to be rid of it in my future games.
Is there a way to uninstall DLC short of uninstalling the entire game and then not applying them on a fresh install?
If this hasn't been considered already, I would like to humbly suggest adding a toggle option for add-ons akin to what existed with Origins, in a future patch. A check box to enable/disable pieces of DLC.

I don't know about the Black Emporium, but the Sebastian one is easy: just don't recruit him. Seriously. If you don't do any of his quests, he won't be available to you and he won't "clutter" your storyline.

Exactly, and leave the dog at home. Problem solved.

I'll try that. I've since found deleting him from the party roster using GFF Editor works alright if simply ignoring him in act 2 doesn't do the trick. He can be an awfully persistent son of a what-not.

Not sure if this is helpful, with DA:O, I just deleted the DLC files from my program tree, and set the option to not automatically download DLC. Sounds clunky, but I had read it somewhere in one of their technical help forums. Haven't tried this with DA2, tho.
