During act 3 there is some random guy standing by himself in the Wounded Coast... when you first get to the wounded coast take the path the to the right and then the next turn off to right which comes up rather quick and, on my game at least, there is a guy just standing there... no ambush, no option to talk to him, nothing what so ever.... just some random guy??? is there is a point???

I've seen him also. I never did get the rescue quest to work for me. I was wondering if that's why.

Is he dressed like a mage?

mine in both playthroughs is dress like a rogue.... he is sporting 2 daggers.. why?

Oh...I haven't seen that guy. The only one I've seen is the mage with that box you can select to buy/sell things.

Mine says he's a bandit leader I think.

seen him also appears out of no wear when i enter the little camp site area and watches me as i leave lol

He's for the "Who Needs Rescuing?" Quest that pops up in your journal, however, it's all bugged so instead of triggering dialog or a cutscene, he just stands there.

I figured he was for that quest since I've explored the whole area and never found anything for it. Guess I'll just skip that one..

That annoyed me.. I actually ran around that place for 10 minutes wondering where the hell they were, then it clicked.. -- "Oh whut!? It's that glitched guy?? -___-"
