The side quest "Who needs rescuing" in Act 3 on the wounded coast is not triggering. I posted on the gameplay (spoilers) forum and at least one other has had same problem, and funny thing is, as far as I've seen, in the strategy guide I bought it does not even mention this quest. Whats up???

I found a random guy stood around in the north west part of wounded coast i think he may have something to do with the quest but i could not interact with him
