don't know i set the tactics wrongly or not, sometimes when i told my teammates to hold position when i encounter the monsters, they just stand around and do nothing!!!

when the mage and the archer  were being hit, they just don't escaped and melee with them! so poor!

once i saw my mage look at me being hitted hard by the dragon, but still didn't heal me (i set the tactics, if under 50% will use heal) and also the mage didnt use it's staff to attack at all when they used up their mana!

(i am playing a xbox360 version)

hope anyone can tell me how to set a good tactics!

That's odd, I wonder if that's a 360 problem or not. On my PC version of the game, if I tell my allies to hold position, sometimes they do the opposite of what yours are doing, they'll not only attack foes still, but if foes are close enough they'll turn and walk to them before swinging (for melee).

Usually though if I click to hold position, I force them to move away or into the position I need them to be, and once they get there they'll hold and only attack if they are ranged, usually not an issue.

Perhaps on 360 if you select hold, allies thinks it means do not act at all and simply stand still? Try tweaking your tactics a little, but I'm not sure what to tell you about the hold thing except perhaps you may have to use it less?

sorry! may be my english is not so well...
sometimes they will attack but sometimes they just standing around! it's hard to explain, just feel that they are out of control and not smart enough to handle the situation...HAHA! (i am still playing HARD mode) may be after familiar with the control and skill tree, will try nightmare later on!
