Where can I get the Champion's weapons in the char. select window? I already have one for my rogue but can't seem to find the other one.... Also it would be great if you tell where I can get the Warrior and Mage weapon

I'm looking for the second Rogue one as well (the one I currently have is Finesse), I'd honestly assume that there are more than just two weapons that look like this though...but who knows other than Bioware.

As for the Mage one...you have to go on the website and register your account under a specific link...you could've had it in your unlocks list before the game even came out. It's a pretty BA staff, my damager (Merrill) has it and I haven't changed out her staff yet.

I found all the pieces of the armor set for my warrior just by doing as many quests as I could get my hands on. Some of them were on the bodies of enemy characters central to given sidequests.

The first time through I found all the Champion's armor and didn't realize it was an issue, so I'm paying attention. The boots, which I found just now on run-through 2, are on Huron the Elf Bloodmage from the "Loose Ends" quest you get from Meredith.

By the way, I'm playing a female warrior this time, and it's very different from my male rogue. First off, it's much much easier to kill the baddies, second off, I met Fennris this time. He didn't even show up the first time through.

Wait so I've been doing all these random quests looking for The Widow's Heart and turns out not only is that not the name but I could've bought it from a shop a long time ago...this can not be true.........<_< jesus.

Anyways, you get The Finesses by doing the "A Murder of the Crows" Quest...you'll find Orlisians in The Red Lantern district that are looking for a certain assassin. By completeing the quest you gain this beautiful dagger...you must help said assassin though I believe...don't see why you wouldn't when you see who it is ;).

Nope, not The Spider's Heart....1) looks similar but when you put it together with Finesse you can clearly see a difference and 2) the pair to Finesse will also be made of 5 star Red Steel (Spider's Heart is made of 4 star Silverite). Carta's Left-Hand is still better since it's 5 star Onyx and has some pretty BA bonuses for a weapon without Rune slots (sadly doesn't even look remotely like Finesse...and I'm getting pretty OCD about it.) so I'll keep that as my pair to the Finesse for now until I figure out what the other blade is.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the dagger in question is NOT going to be found in a shop...unless it's that uber expensive 99 sovereign dagger I saw only once at the Weaponsmithy in Lowtown...and I doubt that's it since that's just ridiculous...I only had that much money right after I got out of The Deep Roads and it wasn't even there at that time.

Mage should use either The Final Thought, The Torch of Falon'Din, or The Staff of Violation. Is there a better staff than those? I think not.

Well you'd be wrong as far as The Torch of Falon'Din for sure...just because the fire damage is 20 more doesn't mean you should forget the fact that Parthalan gives you +2 magic, and +24 mana, on top of +13% fire damage (which is only 3 less than The Torch) and there's a rune slot (yes The Torch has 2 but who cares...only need 1 rune slot for mage staffs anyways). You do realize that Fire damage doesn't work well on EVERYTHING right...and some things actually have Fire Resistance if not Absorbtion btw. Thus why the best weapons are the ones that don't excel at one type of damage aka give you a couple bonuses for "insert here" damage and nothing else.

The Staff of Violation is even worse...not everyone uses Walking Bomb, spirit damage...really...ppl actually look for this, and +3 willpower can be given by an accesory.

Final Thought...don't remember it, probably found it, compared, and still saw Parthalan was better....

He uses the Red Dawn which is an Act 1 blade. That means it will be useless by Act 3, but I guess they used it because its a very good looking blade.

I binned the Staff of Parthalan as soon as I found a staff with better fire damage dps and %; +2 magic and +24 mana? That's what accessories are for.

You can't use the accessories along with the staff...does the game say that to you and no one else???? Also have fun finding one that gives you +2 magic and +24 mana before the end of the game...hell I don't even think there is one that does both in the first place.

I don't understand what the obssession is with Fire magic here :?. I've found that SEVERAL enemies take more damage from other magics and some in fact don't take much damage at all from fire related attacks. Not all enemies are undead or basic humans...everyone else pretty much has a tolerance to fire in this game as far as I can tell (not saying it's written in stone, but just from looking at HP bars when I hit them with fire magic...doesn't move much at all on most enemies, other than basic human or undead, and I'm maxed out).

Just like dragons they are immune to fire damage. I usually go with either a cold based staff for the mage with the Elemnental weapons attribute. Especially when I'm fighting draons. That way everyone has the benefits of the cold based damage against dragons even if their weapons don't have it. Also carry a staff that does electrical for the spiders and some others. Elemental weapons attribute is great.
