I am now in kirkenall whose house do i need to go to get my items or the signature editiion and where is my house?

Gamlen's house is your house. I believe you get your items by checking the chest, but you have to have activated the code that came with the game prior.

Also, most of them you won't be able to wear/use for awhile anyway, and they're not worth selling since they're only worth 1 coin a piece.
