I currently have my character using the +7 attribute (runes? forgot what were called) one in each piece of the champion armor. The game is only showing the addition of one of the runes on my character sheet. I believe that in game it only says you can have one per armor piece. Does is actually mean 1 per all your armor? Not sure if this was a glitch or intended.
