How do you start the Exlied Prince DLC. I recieved the letter but i cant figure out how to send the account info.

I believe you go to the Chantry in Hightown, and a cutscene with him will happen.

did that. nothing. whats the letter mean when it said to have 100 soverins and account info ?

That letter is completely unrelated to the DLC. If you have the DLC, head to the Chantry. Or check your Journal for quests under Premium Content.
