At least I got a laugh out of it today. lets hope the shipping e-mails start coming. Not too worried about getting it release day, just thought i'd ask them about it again. Turned into a funny piece.

same situation here, I ended up canceling though just because after a lengthy chat not unlike yours she still insisted DOWNLOAD lol when I ordered CE for 360, but I called later and spoke to them and they said despite the most expensive shipping option the game will not ship to me same day as to retailers "ship dates", it would ship on the release/street date of the 3rd and I would receive the game in 1-2 business days "after it was in received by the carrier for shipping. so likely the 6th but the 9th at the latest.
