For most companions, yes, you can. As long as you're a flirtatious jackhole, you'll be fine.

With Isabela, you can't finish the romance, though I think you can bed her. Not sure about the last part though.

That's only if you friend-romance her. Other than that, she stays gone.

Yeah you can. I'm doing a rival-romance with Anders right now. It's a bit tricky. You have to disagree with what they believe in but flirt too.
