No one's mouth moves when they talk. It's like they're all psychics or something. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not talking about combat either, I mean in the cutscenes.

I loled at the title. Have you tried updating your graphics drivers? Also what are your computer specifications (gfx card, processor, OS, memory, etc)?

Actually, a restart fixed this. Turned out that the game wasn't loading the files for rendering the mouths because the disk had an issue. A chkdsk ran that recovered the files after the restart and this fixed the issue.
