I have Mass Effect 2 that never ever put the icon up for me under my name, and I'm pretty sure I know I registered the game. I also was able to grab all my dlc

Now, same with DAII.

Am I doing something wrong? All the relevant dlc shows up under "registered game content" but...no icon? It is obviously as serious as a zombie apocalypse if this is not resolved soon.

PS. I just wanted to drop this in here for now. I won't be home for a few more hours so cannot give more detailed information than that.

Well, for all I see, the ME2 icon shows below your avatar. The DA2 one however doesn't, neither here, nor on your profile. There was no problem in registering the game? After entering the game code, did the site confirm the successful registration? I also think that registered game users got an item in your registered game content (boots of winter something for me, might be wrong though). What about in the "My Games" section, below your profile avatar on the left column of the site, is Dragon Age 2 displayed there? (Mass effect 2 isn't, even if you got it registered, at least I don't have it).

Nah it doesn't show up in my games either, even though they're registered. basically I'm missing both games, as icons AND in 'my registered games'. They just don't show up, even though I can still grab relevant dlc and all that. It's just weird.

I'm proud to show that I pay for my games to support the devs. I would like to get this sorted out.

did you try unregistering and then re-registering?
