I noticed a bug with one of the sidequest yesterday :
It's Magistrate Vanard's sidequest where you have to go after his son. After finishing the quest and returning to the magistrate I got the message that the quest is finished and got my reward, but the magistrate just went away and did say nothing, no cutscene, no talking. I think this is a bug cause I actually killed his son and I found it pretty odd that the magistrate just went away without saying a single word about what I've done.
It's also bad because I'm pretty sure the magistrate is now upset and will take it's revenge at a certain point, but due to that issue I can't even tell if he is upset or not.

So, I'm having this problem on the PC. I'm having it with a few cutscenes, actually, mainly after I've already watched the cutscene once -- restart from a save for whatever reason, it won't appear the second time. But I've also had it occur with quest cutscenes that I have not ever seen before and would really like to see. It's starting to frustrate me immensely. Four or five so far, and I'm only in the first act.
