Isabella is not there at the beginning of Act 3, does this mean she's gone for good?
I had max loyalty with her, had a romance, I decided to do her quest first (retrieve the relic), decided not to let her keep it & I didn't say she had the book to the Qunaris. When I reached Aristok (sp?) at the end of Act 2, she came back to return the relic and I then I stood by her saying they weren't gonna take her, I then dueled Aristok. I thought I was ok and she would be back immediatly at the beginning of Act 3. Is this normal, do I get her back later?

Nevermind I miss read your post sorry, a quest should pop up to visit her at the Hanged Man. Ignore what I wrote earlier.

Drat, I'll have to reload and replay the end of act 2.

Wait you should be fine...

I told her I wouldn't let her keep it, she came back, dueled the Qunari for her... and she was greyed out in Act 3. Solution? I went and talked to her.
