I got my Dragon Age 2 Signature edition yesterday and redeemed my Signature Ed. Code and the Exiled Prince DLC Code. Now the Autolog keeps telling me to redeem my EA-online pass to gain access to the black emporium DLC, but I have no idea how to do that.
My box only included the Signature Ed. Code and the Exlied Prince Code, am I a code short or am I missing something else?

Too many accounts! I may have screwed this in setting it up and wondered if there is a solution... Is there a way to change the email address that an account is attached to?

I received 2 promo codes when I collected the pre-ordered standard version of DA2 today. First had 16 digits & the card said to come to this (yet another game producer's) website. Then I had to create an account & log in to redeem the code. I did that and saw the warning about must have the right address, so checked the XBox to see what my XBox Live address is and created a new account here with that address. Redeemed the code. Sorted (or so I thought).

Then I booted up the game on the XBox to redeem the 25 digit code and find that it logs into the EA site (I didn't realise EA and Bioware are the same thing!) with a different email address. The Black Emporium is there from the 25 digit code, but the Fadeshear Sword and Lion of Orlais Shield are not.

Is there anything I can do to sort it before my son gets even more grumpy with me?

There seems to be a lot of issues with the bonus items, so unfortunately, you may have to wait a while (going on 4 days now for me). You might try EAs live chat function, but I'm reading that others, like myself, aren't having much luck with it.

I'm having exactly that problem. It seems I have two accounts, one I set up out of boredom while on winter break at my in law's house using my spam email, and another linked to my xbox live email. Turns out my copy of Dragon Age thinks I'm the spam email account and b/c I entered my DOB incorrectly, I'm out of luck. How is verifying your account with a date of birth not the most insane method possible. Can't delete the account, can't have a reset link sent to the email, forget that I have access to both accounts, there's just no way to change my xbox persona from the spam to the real email without the DOB.
